Yes. If the user wanting your item is not able to collect it from you, you can arrange payment for postage and packaging between yourselves, as long as you only charge the cost price, and are not making any profit from it.
Yes. If you have an item that you think belongs in a category we don't have, you can click the “Suggest a new category” link on the “Offer your item” form. If we deem your suggestion appropriate, we will add the category and move your item into it.
